Both our seniors and reserves fell to Na Fianna last Saturday. The reserves took far too long to settle but when they did they played well and ran up an impressive 17 points but thanks to a burst of scoring in the first half Coalisland was able to hold on to the lead.
In the senior game we looked likely to at least finish level for most of the game but our downfall was conceding goals in a tight match. This weekend we travel to Trillick for senior and reserve games.
The U21 competition started last night, Tuesday, away to Omagh.
Our U14 girls were unlucky to have their game go to extra time and then lost out in the period added on to Loughmacrory in the championship. Their next scheduled match is a league game with Moortown.
Congratulations to the minor girls on qualifying for the league final and good luck with the game with Drumragh.
The U14 hurlers league season has begun.
Night at the Races in The Village Inn on Friday 24 June at 9:00pm. Horses on sale at £10 and race sponsorship £50.
